Every engagement starts with an assessment of your needs. This can range from a simple discussion with you to understand the specific challenge you would like help with, through to a full psychometric assessment to help identify traits and behaviours that could either help or hinder you on the path to success. From there we work with you to define your goals, the type of coaching support you need and the major parameters of the engagement, such as the frequency and duration of coaching sessions, and the overall length of the coaching engagement. Where required, we work with your employer to ensure we are addressing the needs of all parties
Every client has traveled a unique path to get where they are today. Family upbringing, education, career path and corporate environment will all have impacted how you arrived to where you are today. Our initial coaching plan will be determined jointly with you, to best address your needs given your unique circumstances. Not only that, but we will continue to adjust and update our plan as we work together to ensure you continue to get the most out of the engagement with us
