Based in Toronto but supporting executives globally, Gavin Robinson is an executive coach, talent advisor and leadership consultant with practical experience at the C-suite level. He connects with his clients through active listening, challenging questions and shared experiences.

Gavin has 30+ years of experience as an innovation and growth focused leader in the financial services industry, with leadership roles spanning product, marketing, administration, finance and general management roles. He has over 15 years of experience at the C-suite level, including 10 years as a General Manager / CEO.

Gavin's extensive experience includes running multiple businesses globally, setting strategy, driving revenue and profits, leading teams, serving customers and managing change, and he brings all of the knowledge and hard-won lessons learned into his coaching engagements. 

Over his career, leadership development and cultural transformation has been a big focus of Gavin's efforts. He established and ran multiple leadership development programs with a significant focus on networking and shared learning. He implemented a program to radically change the role of leaders, and led a major cultural transformation in a non-English speaking business environment. He has personally developed and delivered leadership sessions on such diverse topics as:
